What we remodel.
Full House Remodeling
Whole-home renovations: layout reconfiguration, wall removal and rebuild, new framing and drywall, doors, trim, flooring and a complete repaint — planned as one sequence rather than a series of disconnected trades.
Kitchen Remodeling
Demolition, framing, cabinetry and countertop coordination, tile and backsplash, lighting and finish carpentry, with plumbing and electrical rough-in scheduled around inspections.
Bathroom Remodeling
Primary and secondary baths — waterproofing, tile, vanities, fixtures, glass and ventilation, with substrate work done properly before anything decorative goes on it.
Interior Finishes
Millwork, closets, ceiling details, specialty coatings and painting handled by the same crews that deliver our commercial finish work.
A remodel you can actually follow.

Permits
Drawings, permit applications and inspection scheduling handled by our team, not yours.
Build
Sequenced trades, dust and access control, and a single point of contact for the whole job.

Commercial RenovationHome remodeling questions.
How much does a full house remodel cost in South Florida?+
Cost depends on the size of the home, how much of it is being touched, and the finish level — a kitchen and bathroom refresh sits far below a whole-house renovation that moves walls and mechanical systems. We walk the home, scope the work with you and give a written estimate rather than a phone number that changes later.
Do you handle permits and inspections?+
Yes. RE&P Florida pulls the permits and manages inspections with the local building department as a licensed Florida contractor, so you are not coordinating with the city yourself.
How long does a home remodel take?+
A single kitchen or bathroom typically runs a few weeks once materials are on site; a whole-house remodel usually runs several months. Permitting timelines and long-lead selections such as cabinetry and tile are the two things that most often move the date, so we lock those early.
Which areas do you remodel homes in?+
Miami Beach and throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. If your home is outside those counties, call us and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
Can we live in the house during the remodel?+
Often yes for phased work such as a single kitchen or bathroom, with dust barriers and protected access. Whole-house remodels that take the kitchen, plumbing and power offline at once are usually easier to live away from, and we tell you which situation you are in before work starts.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes — Florida contractor licenses CBC1264533 and CGC1530991, with general liability and workers compensation coverage. Certificates are available on request.
