What we look for.
Our trade partners are selected for safety culture, schedule discipline, manpower reliability and quality of finished work. Prequalification is required before any bid invitation is issued.
Documents We Request
- W-9
- OSHA 300A (most recent 3 years)
- EMR verification letter
- Certificate of insurance
- Project references
- Applicable certifications and licenses
