Concrete Shell
Cast-in-place structural concrete systems — foundations, columns, shear walls, two-way flat plate and post-tensioned decks, planned around formwork cycles and floor-to-floor schedule.
Masonry
Structural and infill block — load-bearing walls, corridor and demising walls, stair and elevator shafts, exterior infill, sequenced alongside the concrete package.
Framing Packages
Light-gauge metal stud framing across units, corridors and amenity levels, with layout accuracy and wall performance controlled in-house.
Drywall Packages
Hang, tape and finish at scale, coordinated with MEP rough-in and inspection milestones so unit turns stay on rhythm.

RE&P Florida delivers those scopes as one coordinated package so the structure and the wall systems share a single schedule and a single point of accountability.
What areas of Florida does RE&P cover for shell work?+
Miami Beach, Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, with selected projects elsewhere in Florida. Shell scopes outside those counties are reviewed case by case based on schedule and crew availability.
Do you self-perform the shell scopes?+
RE&P self-performs metal framing, drywall and commercial painting. Concrete shell and masonry are delivered through our vetted trade partners under RE&P management, so the owner still contracts with and is accountable to one team.
