Service area questions
What areas does RE&P Florida serve?+
We work throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties from our office at 5970 Indian Creek Dr in Miami Beach, including Miami, Aventura, Coral Gables, Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Plantation, Hollywood, Boca Raton and West Palm Beach. We have also delivered projects further north, including One Daytona in Daytona Beach.
Do you charge more for projects outside Miami-Dade?+
No. Pricing follows the scope, schedule and site conditions of the project, not the county line. Travel and logistics are accounted for in the schedule during preconstruction rather than added as a surcharge.
Are you licensed to build across all of Florida?+
RE&P Florida holds Florida contractor licenses CBC1264533 and CGC1530991, which allow us to build statewide. Permitting is handled locally by our team with the authority having jurisdiction over each project.
Can you handle both the shell and the interior in these markets?+
Yes. We deliver complete shell packages — concrete shell and masonry through vetted partners — alongside self-performed metal framing, drywall and painting, so the structure and the finish stay on one standard and one schedule.
