Two towers rising at once, each with 110 residential units, meant the same unit type had to be built twice over on parallel schedules without either tower falling behind the other.
How we executed it
We planned interior framing and drywall floor by floor so crews could cycle between the two towers, keeping layout, wall assemblies and finish standards identical in both buildings.
Delivered scope
Both towers were carried through interior systems on a single coordinated schedule, with 220 units completed to one finish standard.
